Shrimp Mushroom And Asparagus Fried Rice


– 1/2 pound Cold, Cooked White Rice
– 3 Eggs, beaten
– 1 medium Yellow Onion, diced
– 1/2 cup Green Onion, chopped
– 1/4 cup cooked Shrimp
– 1/4 cup cooked Pork
– 1 cup shredded Lettuce
– 4 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
– 8 tablespoons Light Soy Sauce
– 2 tablespoons Sesame Oil
– 1/4 cup cooked Chicken
– 1/4 cup Peas and Carrots
– Salt and Pepper, to taste


– Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a skillet until hot.
– Add onions and cook until translucent.
– Add eggs and soft scramble.
– Remove eggs and onions and set aside.
– Add 3 tablespoons oil and stirfry rice until hot.
– Continue to stir and cook rice while adding soy sauce, salt and pepper.
– Combine shrimp, chicken, pork and peas and carrots in the skillet.
– Stir in the eggs and onions.
– When all ingredients are hot, stir in green onions, lettuce and sesame oil.
